“Maybe Lived”
Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented a human rights report entitled “Maybe He Lived”, which addressed the crime of the aggression coalition’s airstrike on the house of citizen Hassan Ibrahim in the Maran area, affiliated with the Haidan Directorate, affiliated with Saada Governorate, which killed civilians, including women and children, on September 13, 2018.
The report discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and relied on interviews conducted with witnesses. International law texts, treaties and agreements were referred to in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Maran area.
