“The Ghost of Raids”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented a human rights report entitled “The Ghost of Raids”, which addressed the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft on a residential neighborhood on Bayhan Street, the intersection of 22 May Street, in the Asbahi area in the Al-Sab’een District, affiliated with the capital, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on September 22, 2015.

The report discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions.

The report relied on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and relied on interviews conducted with witnesses. International law texts, treaties and agreements were referred to in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Asbahi area.
