“The Assignment Trick”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented a human rights report entitled “The Assignment Trick”, in which the report addressed the crime of kidnapping citizen Yusra Shater by Islah mercenaries affiliated with the aggression coalition in Ma’rib Governorate – September 24, 2022.

It talked about the details of the crime and the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime, and also relied on interviews conducted with relatives. International law texts, treaties and agreements were referred to in order to clarify the legal framework for the crime of kidnapping citizen Yusra Shater.
