“Bani Zeila Village Under the Fire of Aggression”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented in a human rights report entitled “Bani Zeila Village Under the Fire of Aggression” the report addressed the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft against families in the village of Bani Zeila in Hajjah Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on 27.September .2015.

The report discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report relied on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and relied on interviews conducted with witnesses. International law texts, treaties and agreements were referred to in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Bani Zeila region.
