“Children and Aggression Shells”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented a human rights report entitled “Children and Aggression Shells”, in which the report addressed the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft against civilians with the shells of the aggression mercenaries in the Rabsa area – Al-Hawak District – Al-Hodeidah Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on 6 .October . 2020.

The report discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, and also discussed the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report was based on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and reference was made to the texts of international law, treaties and agreements in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Rabsa area.
