“Aneen Al-Najeeba”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented a human rights report entitled “Aneen Al-Najeeba”, which addressed the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft on Al-Najeeba Market in the Jumaa area in the Mokha District of Taiz Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on 15.December .2017.

The report discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report relied on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and referred to the texts of international law, treaties and agreements in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Jumaa area.
