“Blood on a Spring of Water”

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented a human rights report entitled “Blood on a Spring of Water”, which addressed the crime committed by the aggression coalition aircraft on the Jarif bathhouse and mosque, affiliated with the Bilad al-Rus Directorate in Sana’a Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on January 12, 2016.

It discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report relied on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and relied on interviews conducted with witnesses. International law texts, treaties and agreements were referred to in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Jarif area.
