“Report on Targeting the House of Citizen Ahmed Abu Mish’af”
Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented a human rights report entitled “Report on Targeting the House of Citizen Ahmed Abu Mish’af”, which addressed the crime of the coalition’s artillery shelling of the house of citizen Ahmed Hamdan Abu Mish’af in the Qahza area in Saada city, Saada governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on February 28, 2018.
It discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report relied on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and relied on interviews conducted with witnesses. International law texts, treaties and agreements were referred to in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Qahza area.
