“Report on Targeting a Civilian House – Beeh – Manakhah”
Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented a human rights report entitled “Report on Targeting a Civilian House – Beeh – Manakhah”, which addressed the crime of the aggression coalition’s artillery shelling of a civilian house in the Beeh area in the Manakhah district of Sana’a Governorate, which killed civilians, including women and children, on March 6, 2017.
It discussed the details of the crime and witness statements, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report relied on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, and relied on interviews conducted with witnesses. International law texts, treaties and agreements were referred to in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Beeh area.
