Entesaf Organization Issues Human Rights Report Titled “Displaced Persons Under Fire”

 

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report titled “Displaced Persons Under Fire.” The report addressed the crime committed by the coalition’s air force against two families, including displaced persons, in the Hayran District of Hajjah Governorate, which claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children, on April 7, 2017.

 

It discussed the details of the crime and witness testimonies, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions.

The report relied on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, as well as interviews conducted with witnesses. International law, treaties, and agreements were also consulted to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against the women and children of the Hayran District.
