More than 50 martyrs as a result of the occupation’s bombing of the south and north of the Gaza Strip since last night.

The death toll from Israeli shelling of the southern and northern Gaza Strip since midnight last night has risen to 51, including 45 martyrs in the northern Gaza Strip.

A WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli forces launched a series of airstrikes and artillery shelling targeting civilian homes in Jabalia refugee camp and Jabalia al-Balad in the northern Gaza Strip, killing 45 citizens, the majority of whom were children and women.

He added that the bodies of the martyrs and wounded were transferred to Al-Awda and Indonesian hospitals, and that most of them belonged to the Al-Najjar, Suwailem, Muqbil, and Al-Qatani families. He noted that several bodies of the martyrs were still under the rubble of the targeted homes.

In the south, a citizen, his wife, and their two daughters were killed when an Israeli drone struck a tent housing displaced persons in the Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Yunis.

A number of citizens were also killed when the Israeli occupation targeted the home of the Abu Amuna family in the Al-Fakhari area, southeast of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
