Entesaf organization exports a human rights report entitled “Human Remains”
Entesaf for woman and child Rights exported a human rights’ report entitled “Human Remains”, where the report covered the crime committed by the coalition of aggressiton against the civilians in Shaje’a market area, Zabid directorat_ Hodeidah, which killed 116 civilians including 6 children and 7 women, and wounded 94 civilians including 14 children and 9 women on May 12, 2015.
The report covered the crime details and the witnesses’ statements. In addition, it includes the legal frame of the crime according to international law and rules.
The report was based on the statistics of the organization regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, it was also based on interviews conducted with witnesses, and reference was made to the texts of international law, treaties and conventions in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against civilians in Shaje’a market area, Hodeidah.
