The Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented a human rights report titled “Eid Wounds.” The report addressed the bombing by the coalition air force of the home of Mahmoud Ali Udhabi in the Al-Jar area of ​​Abs District, Hajjah Governorate, on June 5, 2019. The bombing killed civilians, including women and children. The report detailed the crime and witness testimonies, and discussed the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report relied on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, as well as interviews conducted with witnesses. International law, treaties, and agreements were also consulted to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against the women and children of the Al-Jar area.
