“Displacement and Injuries”

The Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented a human rights report titled “Displacement and Injuries.” The report addressed the bombing of a displaced family in the village of Al Wadi in the Bayt Al Faqih district of Al Hudaydah Governorate by the coalition’s air force on June 9, 2018, which killed civilians, including women and children.

The report discussed the details of the crime and witness testimonies, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report relied on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, as well as interviews conducted with witnesses. International law, treaties, and agreements were also consulted to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against the women and children of the Al Wadi region.
