Entesaf Organization Issues Human Rights Report Titled “Failed Strangers”

 

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights issued a human rights report titled “Failed Strangers.” The report addressed the bombing by the coalition’s air force on the detention center for African migrants in the Saada City Pretrial Detention Center, Saada Governorate, on April 28, 2025, which killed civilians, including women and children.

 

It discussed the details of the crime and witness testimonies, as well as the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report relied on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, as well as interviews conducted with witnesses. International legal texts, treaties, and agreements were consulted to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against women and children in the Saada region.
