The death toll from the Israeli aggression against those waiting for humanitarian aid has risen to more than 2,523 martyrs and 18,496 wounded in the Gaza Strip.

We condemn and denounce in the strongest terms the continuing series of crimes committed by the Zionist Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people. The death toll from the Israeli enemy’s massacres against those waiting for humanitarian aid has risen to more than 2,523 martyrs and 18,496 wounded in the Gaza Strip.

These crimes and genocidal massacres constitute a grave violation of international humanitarian law, which criminalizes the targeting of innocent civilians in any way. The purely civilian nature of the crime scene confirms the Zionist Israeli occupation army’s deliberate violation of the principles and rules of international humanitarian law, including the principles of humanity, distinction, and proportionality. This has made these crimes amount to war crimes against humanity and an extension of the series of war crimes and genocide committed by the Zionist Israeli occupation in Palestine for years.

We hold the Zionist Israeli occupation forces responsible for all crimes targeting civilians. We also hold the United Nations, the Security Council, and Muslim countries responsible for their shameful silence and shirking of their duties, which has encouraged the Zionist Israeli occupation to continue committing further war crimes against civilians in the Palestinian territories.
