A Human Rights Report by Intisaf Organization Documents the Crime of Targeting Tahrir Square in the Capital Sana’a

Entesaf Organization for Women’s and Children’s Rights today issued a detailed human rights report entitled “Blood and Body Parts on the Road to the Cause,” documenting the aerial bombardment that targeted the Tahrir Square area in the Tahrir District of the Capital Sana’a.
The crime, which occurred on September 10, 2025, was carried out by Israeli aggression aircraft, directly targeting homes, civilian and archaeological sites, and press institutions, resulting in civilian casualties, including women and children.
The report includes detailed documentation of the details of the crime, based on Intisaf Organization’s statistics on the number of innocent civilian victims, and on testimonies and direct interviews with eyewitnesses who witnessed the horrific bombing.
In its report, of the organization emphasized that the deliberate bombing of civilian areas constitutes a grave violation of international humanitarian law. The report included a detailed analysis of the legal framework for the crime, based on relevant international law, treaties, and agreements, to demonstrate that what happened amounts to war crimes committed against unarmed civilians in the Tahrir Zone.
The organization emphasized that this report represents additional evidence documenting the systematic targeting of civilians and infrastructure in Yemen, calling on the international community and human rights bodies to take immediate action to ensure accountability and justice for the victims.
