Truce Violation Confirms the Occupation’s Deliberate Undermining of Human Security in the Gaza Strip
Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights condemns in the strongest terms the repeated violations and attacks carried out by the Zionist Israeli enemy forces, which constitute a blatant and systematic violation of the humanitarian truce agreement declared in the Gaza Strip.
The organization affirms that this violation has led to an immediate and horrific resumption of massacres, with medical sources announcing the deaths of 44 martyrs as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip. These aggressive actions, which target civilians and obstruct the delivery of essential aid, confirm the Israeli enemy’s premeditated intent to undermine any international efforts to establish stability and human security. The resumption of aggression and documented attacks within a few hours not only constitutes a violation of a negotiated agreement, but also a flagrant violation of the principles of international humanitarian law, which mandates the absolute protection of civilians and infrastructure during conflict.
The organization holds the Zionist Israeli enemy forces fully responsible for the 44 martyrs who have fallen and for all the repercussions of the truce violation. We affirm that the continuation of massacres at this pace constitutes damning evidence of new war crimes that must not be allowed to pass without immediate accountability. Targeting civilians and restricting efforts to deliver relief aid and fuel constitutes a war crime aimed at exacerbating the humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip and confirms the deliberate prolongation of the suffering of children and women.
The organization calls on the United Nations, the Security Council, and international mediators to assume their moral and legal responsibility regarding this dangerous escalation. We call on them to intervene immediately and exert serious pressure to ensure full compliance with the terms of the truce and to open an impartial international investigation into all documented violations. The occupation’s continued exploitation of any truce to impose further facts on the ground or to carry out new attacks places it outside all international norms and conventions.
