Statement of Condemnation Regarding the Casualty Toll of the Israeli Aggression on the Gaza Strip Since October 11, 2025: 242 Martyrs and 622 Wounded
In a horrific and still incomplete tally of crimes committed by the Zionist Israeli occupation, the Entisaf Organization affirms that the recorded casualty figures are irrefutable proof of the continued targeting of civilians and the blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement. The figures reveal that the death toll from the attacks perpetrated since October 11, 2025, has reached 242 martyrs and 622 wounded. These appalling numbers confirm the Israeli occupation’s deliberate intent to continue taking civilian lives through ongoing attacks, rendering the ceasefire agreement a mere formality in the face of unchecked aggression.
The organization considers these crimes committed after the ceasefire to be a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law, which mandates the protection of civilians and civilian objects. The continued targeting of innocent civilians demonstrates the deliberate violation by the Israeli occupation army of the fundamental principles of this law: the principle of distinction between combatants and civilians, the principle of proportionality, and the principle of humanity. These grave violations amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity, and serve as evidence that the occupation is using the truce as a cover to continue its crimes.
The organization holds the Israeli occupation forces fully responsible for all crimes targeting civilians and infrastructure after the ceasefire declaration. We demand an immediate and impartial international investigation to ensure the criminal accountability of the perpetrators of these violations, which amount to crimes against humanity, the enormity of which is evident in the reported figures. In this context, the organization calls upon the United Nations, the Security Council, and Muslim countries to assume their historical responsibility and take immediate action to provide the necessary support to relief and rescue teams, deliver urgent humanitarian aid, and immediately begin comprehensive reconstruction plans for what has been destroyed. It also calls for decisive measures to permanently end the occupation and prevent the recurrence of these crimes, especially given that the figures prove the aggression continues despite agreements.
