The official spokesperson of the Palestinian Civil Defense in the Gaza Strip, Mahmoud Basal, reported that two bodies were discovered buried in an irregular manner while a Palestinian citizen was attempting to set up a tent on a vacant plot of land.

According to preliminary assessments, the bodies are believed to belong to two women who appear to have been injured during the war. Basal said the burial was carried out in a non-systematic manner under the exceptional conditions experienced in Gaza at the time.

Relevant authorities were notified to take necessary measures, complete examinations and investigations, and transfer the bodies to the forensic department at Al-Shifa Medical Complex.
