Statement by the Entesaf Organization Regarding the US Aggression Against Venezuelan Sovereignty

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights follow with the utmost condemnation and rejection the continued aggressive US policies toward free peoples, the latest of which are the blatant attempts at intervention and systematic aggression against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

The organization condemns in the strongest terms the continued US arrogance toward peoples and affirms that American history – past and present – is stained with the blood of innocents and replete with heinous crimes against the peoples of the world, from the destruction of countries and the plundering of resources to the direct targeting of children and women through wars and deadly economic blockades, in flagrant violation of the principles of international humanitarian law, particularly the Geneva Conventions, which prohibit targeting civilians and criminalize collective punishment.

These US practices blatantly disregard the Charter of the United Nations, especially Article 2, which affirms respect for the national sovereignty of states and non-interference in their internal affairs. They also violate the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which guarantees peoples the right to self-determination free from external dictates and threats.

The Entisaf Organization stands in awe of the resilience of the Venezuelan people and expresses its solidarity with all free voices and living consciences around the world who have declared their support for the Venezuelan people.

Furthermore, the organization affirms that the growing global solidarity against US policies is evidence of the awakening of peoples and their awareness that the US administration is the primary source of global instability and human rights violations.

The organization also declares its full solidarity with the women and children of Venezuela who are paying the price for the unjust economic sanctions and US aggression. It calls upon international human rights organizations to condemn these practices, which are classified as crimes against humanity under the Rome Statute, due to the starvation, suffering, and deprivation of fundamental rights they cause.

In conclusion, the Entisaf Organization affirms that the will of free peoples is stronger than the military arsenal and economic terrorism of the United States, and that the era of isolating nations is over in the face of the awareness and resilience of free people everywhere.
