A statement of condemnation regarding the horrific toll of victims of the aggression against the Gaza Strip and the rising number of casualties (71,550) martyrs and (171,365) wounded

With the finalization of the crimes perpetrated by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people, and with the bodies of martyrs still being recovered from the morgues that became accessible after the ceasefire, the number of martyrs in these massacres is expected to surpass current figures. Estimates now stand at over (71,550) martyrs and (171,365) wounded, and these figures are only partial. These appalling and incomplete numbers place a heavy burden on the international community, demanding accountability and justice.

Many of these varied and multifaceted massacres target civilian communities and objects. The targeting of innocent civilians by the Israeli occupation forces constitutes a violation of the fundamental principles of international law, including the practice of indiscriminate training of combatants and civilians, and the erosion of human rights. These grave weapons make them closer to war crimes and crimes against humanity, and are an extension of the genocidal crimes successfully perpetrated by the occupation in Palestine.

We hold fully responsible all soldiers who targeted the areas, demanding immediate and comprehensive accountability. These weapons, which are more powerful than those used in crimes against humanity, kill civilians daily, even as they are partially recovered.

Within this framework, we call upon the United Nations and the Assistance Council to fulfill their historical and security obligations by providing the necessary support to all types of relief and rescue teams, identifying them, and immediately initiating comprehensive reconstruction plans and urgent humanitarian aid. Most importantly, we call for the establishment of a robust cooperation plan to coordinate these contributions.
