Statement of condemnation regarding the crimes committed by mercenaries of the Saudi-American aggression coalition against women in Saada Governorate

We condemn in the strongest terms the continued crimes and massacres perpetrated by the mercenaries of the Saudi-American aggression coalition against the Yemeni people through their deliberate bombing of civilians and civilian infrastructure. A woman was injured in an artillery shelling by the Saudi enemy on residential villages in the Razih district of Saada Governorate on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

This targeting constitutes a grave violation of international humanitarian law, which criminalizes the targeting of innocent civilians in any form. It also confirms the deliberate violation by the Saudi-American aggression forces of the principles and rules of international humanitarian law, including the principles of humanity, distinction, and proportionality. This elevates these crimes to the level of crimes against humanity and represents a continuation of the series of war crimes and genocide committed by the aggression coalition against Yemen for more than eleven years.

We hold the United States, Saudi Arabia, and their allies responsible for all crimes committed against civilians. We demand an investigation and criminal prosecution of all those proven to be involved in these crimes. We also hold the United Nations and the Security Council responsible for their shameful silence and dereliction of duty, which has emboldened the United States and Saudi Arabia to continue committing further war crimes against civilians in Yemen.
