“Returning to Fate”

The Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights documented a human rights report entitled “Returning to Fate.” The report addressed the crime committed by the Saudi-led coalition airstrike on a vehicle on a public road in the Al-Dhahhar area of ​​Qafleh Adhar district in Amran Governorate, which resulted in the deaths of civilians, including women and children, on February 27, 2019.

The report detailed the crime and included witness testimonies. It also discussed the legal framework of the crime according to international laws and conventions. The report relied on the organization’s statistics regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, as well as interviews conducted with witnesses. International legal texts, treaties, and agreements were consulted to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against the women and children of the Al-Dhahhar area.
