Negotiations with Kyiv regime are not well and its stance is changing” , Pskov says

Russian presidential spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, affirmed that the negotiations between Russia and the regime in Kyiv are not going well due to its unsteady and changeable stance on the points agreed upon.

“We do not want to publish the aspects and topics discussed during the negotiations, but the dynamics of progress in the negotiations are not going well”, TASS news agency quoted Peskov as saying in response to the statements of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky on the negotiations, noting that the Ukrainian side often changes its stance on already agreed issues.

Peskov stressed the Russian special military operation in Ukraine is going on until its goals are achieved.
