Six Palestinians injured in settler attacks in Jordan Valley, Masafer Yatta in Occupied West Bank
Six Palestinian citizens were injured on Thursday in attacks carried out by armed Zionist settlers in the northern Jordan Valley and the Masafer Yatta area, south of Hebron in the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) quoted local sources as saying that a group of armed settlers attacked citizens in Khirbet Samra in the northern Jordan Valley, firing live ammunition before severely beating the residents, resulting in injuries to three citizens.
In a related incident, three Palestinian citizens suffered severe tear gas inhalation in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.
Activist Osama Makhameh told Wafa that settlers attacked a Palestinian vehicle with stones near Khirbet al-Fakhit, shattering its windows. They then directly sprayed the passengers (Imad Ragheb Houshieh, Jibril Salameh, and Maher Younis) with pepper spray, after which they were taken to the hospital for treatment.
