Lebanon: Israeli aggression toll rises to 3,798 dead and 11,798 injured

The death toll from the Israeli aggression on Lebanon has risen to 3,798 martyrs and 11,798 injured since the escalation began on March 2, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health.

In the past 24 hours alone, 15 people were killed and 82 injured.

The report also said 133 health workers were killed and 402 injured due to 172 attacks on medical teams.

Despite a ceasefire taking effect in mid-April, violations by the Israeli army continue.
