Entesaf Organization for Women and Child Rights documented a human rights report entitled “My Little Ones Will Never Forget,” addressing the crime committed by aircraft of the Saudi-led coalition against a vehicle carrying displaced civilians on a public road in the Al-Watdah area of Khawlan District, Sana’a Governorate, which resulted in the deaths of civilians, including women and children, on 16 September 2016.

The report documents details of the incident and testimonies from witnesses. It also examines the legal framework surrounding the crime under international laws, conventions, and treaties. The report draws on the organization’s statistics concerning the incident and the number of victims, as well as interviews conducted with witnesses.

International legal provisions, treaties, and conventions were also reviewed to clarify the legal framework applicable to the violations committed against women and children in the Al-Watdah area.
