Entesaf Organization for Women and Child Rights documented a human rights report entitled “They Destroyed My Grandfather’s House,” addressing the bombing of the home of citizen Moqbel Abu Arij in the Al-Hasaba area of Al-Thawra District, Amanat Al-Asimah, on September 19, 2015.

The report documented the details of the incident and eyewitness testimonies, as well as the legal framework applicable to the incident under relevant international laws, treaties, and conventions. It relied on the organization’s documented statistics regarding the circumstances of the incident and the number of victims, in addition to interviews conducted with eyewitnesses.

The report also reviewed relevant provisions of international law and international treaties and conventions to clarify the legal framework surrounding the incident and the violations affecting women and children in the Al-Hasaba area.
