🔻 We condemn the crime of targeting a civilian home in Al-Ma’afer District, Taiz Governorate, which resulted in the killing of 3 women and an elderly man and the injury of 3 civilians, according to an initial toll.

🔻 The targeting of a home sheltering civilians, resulting in the killing and injury of women and elderly persons, constitutes a grave violation of the rules governing the protection of civilians and international humanitarian law.

🔻 The continued Saudi aggression and blockade against Yemen threaten the lives of civilians and exacerbate the humanitarian and living conditions, particularly for women and children.

🔻 We call for accountability for those responsible for grave violations of international humanitarian law, the protection of civilians and civilian objects, and ensuring that victims’ families receive justice and appropriate reparation.
