The Entesaf Organization for Women and Child Rights has documented a human rights report titled “Timed by the Missiles of Death.” The report addresses an atrocity committed by the coalition’s air forces against the homes and families of Saleh Mohammed Al-Arimi and Abdullah Aida in the Juma’a bin Fadhil area—located in the Haydan District of Saada Governorate—which resulted in civilian casualties, including women and children, on Saturday, October 17, 2015.
The report details the incident and includes witness testimonies. It also examines the legal framework surrounding the crime in light of international laws and charters. The findings are based on the organization’s own statistics regarding the specifics of the attack and the number of victims, as well as interviews conducted with witnesses. Furthermore, the report references international legal texts, treaties, and conventions to clarify the legal context of the crime committed against the women and children of the Juma’a bin Fadhil area.
