The Entesaf Organization for Women and Child Rights has documented a human rights report titled “Night Clusters” (*Anaqid Layliyah*). The report addresses an atrocity committed by the air forces of the “aggression coalition” against a lodging house ( lukanda) in the “Night Market” (*Souq al-Layl*)—located in the Alaf area of Sahar District, Saada Governorate—on November 1, 2017. The attack resulted in civilian casualties, including women and children.
The report details the incident and includes witness testimonies. It also examines the legal framework surrounding the crime in light of international laws and charters. The findings are based on the organization’s own statistics regarding the specifics of the attack and the number of victims, as well as interviews conducted with witnesses. Furthermore, the report references international legal texts, treaties, and conventions to clarify the legal context of the crime committed against the women and children of the Alaf area.
