Entesaf Organization for Women and Child Rights documented a human rights report entitled “Crossing Death,” addressing the crime committed by the Saudi-led coalition’s warplanes against a water distribution point in the Al-Jah area, Al-Tuhayta District, Al-Hudaydah Governorate, on October 10, 2018. The attack claimed the lives of civilians, including women and children.

 

The report detailed the incident and included witness testimonies. It also examined the legal framework applicable to the crime under international laws and conventions. The report drew on the Organization’s statistics regarding the circumstances of the incident and the number of casualties, while referencing relevant provisions of international law, treaties, and conventions to clarify the legal framework governing the crime committed against women and children in the Al-Jah area.
