Entesaf for woman and child Rights exported a human rights report entitled “Report of targeting civilians with a cluster bomb_ Alrauna area_ Al Jawf governorate “, where the report covered the crime committed by the coalition of aggressiton against civilians in Kharab Almarashi directorate_ Al Jawf governorate, which wounded 4 civilians including 2 women and 2 children, on Jan 7, 2019.

The report covered the crime details and the witnesses’ statements. In addition to, it includes the legal frame of the crime according to international law and rules.

The report was based on the statistics of the organization regarding the details of the crime and the number of victims, it was also based on interviews conducted with witnesses, and reference was made to the texts of international law, treaties and conventions in order to clarify the legal framework of the crime committed against civilians in Kharab Almarashi directorate, Al Jawf.
