Statement of Condemnation by #Entesaf Organization Regarding the Continued Crimes and Massacres of the Israeli Zionist Occupation Aggression Against Civilians in the Gaza Strip

Entesaf Organization for Women and Children’s Rights condemns in the strongest terms the continuation of the series of crimes committed by the Israeli Zionist occupation against the Palestinian people. The death toll from the Israeli enemy’s massacres has risen to more than 48,543 dead and 111,981 wounded.

The organization also denounces the continued imposition of the stifling blockade on the Gaza Strip, the prevention of the entry of fuel and medicine, and the power outage, which has exacerbated the suffering and created a severe humanitarian crisis.

This escalation comes after a series of attacks targeting several areas in Gaza aimed at exterminating the Palestinian people. The establishment of the Israeli entity constitutes a war crime that must be punished and exposes the brutal behavior of the occupation and its terrorist army, which is against humanity. It falls within the context of the daily crimes, attacks, and violations committed by the Israeli Zionist occupation against the Palestinian people, especially children and women in all Palestinian cities.

This constitutes a grave violation of international humanitarian law, which criminalizes the targeting of innocent civilians in any way. The purely civilian nature of the crime scene confirms the Israeli occupation army’s deliberate violation of the principles and rules of international humanitarian law, including the principles of humanity, distinction, and proportionality. This makes these crimes amount to war crimes against humanity and an extension of the series of war crimes and genocide committed by the Israeli occupation over the years in Palestine.

The organization also holds the Israeli occupation forces responsible for all crimes targeting civilians, hospitals, ambulances, and other facilities. It also holds the United Nations, the Security Council, and Muslim and Arab countries responsible for their shameful silence and shirking of their duties, which has encouraged the Israeli occupation to continue committing further war crimes against civilians in the Palestinian territories.

It renews its call to the international community, particularly the International Court of Justice, to open an investigation, ensure criminal accountability, and punish all those proven to be involved in these crimes.

It also calls on human rights and humanitarian organizations, all Muslim and Arab countries, and honorable and free people around the world to assume their moral and humanitarian responsibilities in supporting the oppressed Palestinian people, condemning the horrific crimes committed by the Zionist Israeli occupation, and pressuring the United Nations, specifically the Security Council, to fulfill their legal and moral duty to protect civilians and halt this aggression.
